Character: Refined example of sweet wine making, carefully crafted from partially botrytized grapes, this wine strikes a delicate balance between its natural sweetness and a crisp acidity. Flavors of ripe apricot, subtle honey, and soft floral hints, offering a harmonious sweetness tempered by a subtle acidity. The intricate profile is complemented by hints of exotic spices and a gentle touch of minerality, contributing depth to the overall experience. With a smooth texture and a lingering finish that leaves a gentle impression, this Noble Late Harvest wine is a sophisticated choice to be enjoyed on special occasions.
Soil: Clay topsoil, with volcanic, high lime, iron subsoil containing rhiolite, trachyte, andesite and zeolite substances. Moisture is present in tufa rocks. Added soil compounds laid down through ancient fumaroles, lend a powerfully rich, complex minerality to the wine.
