Steven Spurrier Stuns the Wine World Once Again!

Steven Spurrier, the founder of the memorable 1976 Tasting of California (Napa) wines vs. their
French counterparts, has organized yet another major wine event, under the auspices of VINCE Magazine in Budapest, Hungary in March 2012.

In a blind tasting, “ a Hungarian National Team “ of the best eleven wines was chosen to compete
against some of the finest eleven wines of the world. The “score” was 8 to 3 , in favor of Hungary.

We are pleased to announce that Tokaj Classic Aszú 6 puttonyos (2006) not only received the nomination for the Hungarian “ National Eleven”, but attained the highest score of all twenty-two participating wines.

  1. Congratulations! Great stuff. The final result is no surprise for me as I am crazy about Hungarian wines. Keep up the good work and get Hungary back to its rightful glory as one of the best wine producing wine countries in the world!
    Bye,

    Hello
    Thanks for your encouragement.
Currently, we have a Netherlands importer who is importing only our Late Harvest.

We are still seeking representation in the Netherlands for our AszÙs.

    Your reply is most appreciated.

    Best regards
    Phyllis
